In 2012, only 80 homes sold with an average price of $349,949. The large increase is not just due to the increased construction over at Rivington, which is selling a lot of their units in the Mews collection.Condo sales at Lake Place have soared due to the extensive improvement projects. Other areas did show an uptick to due increased buyer demands. In 2011, this same group of condos, only 60 of them sold, with an average of $324,748.
