We are experiencing a great shortage of rental properties in the Port St Lucie area. Shortage seems to be not just from the number of foreclosures but the ghost properties still sitting out there vacant and the fact that those displaced are now renting. More people moving to the Treasure Coast daily also adds to the dilemma.
