It's the year of the Horse (congrats to all the other Horses out there)! On January 31st, many people will be celebrating the New Year.

When I Google "Chinese New Year events", the results are coming up with local events in Seattle and surrounding cities.  Google Authorship, the author's photo, appears for trusted writers making me click on their posts.

Be that trusted writer!  It may open your world to a new sphere of people.  Hopefully they'll catch one of the calls to action on your blog and start reading more of your posts or contact you directly for real estate needs.

You never know where your next lead is coming from, so take a shot and blog about local Chinese New Year events in your area.

This is a very creative way to appeal to sentiment as well as spiritual connection; not wild horses from BLM web siteto mention the term 'horse' showing up in other types of searches.

That will be the value in my market here in western Colorado where recreational ridership is split 4 ways between the: horse, ATV, mountain bike and off-road motorcycle. 

I appreciate the idea to blog on the year of the horse then mention 'oh, if you might like to search for horse property for sale .. . ."

Maybe after that I can take off to the other 3 modes of recreational transportation as other blog topics.
