For calendar year, 2013, we saw the 'return of the market' with sales activity being brisk in the first half of the year, and trailing off somewhat in the second half. Having said that, well, it IS Huntington Beach, and you just can't deny the lure of the beach! Buyers are still actively seeking out properties, competition can be keen, and distressed sales are low. So, resale properties in good condition and priced for the market are garnering attention from buyers as we enter 2014.
