Ohh... the dreaded cold calls and door knocking... Are those days behind you? Did you ever do them?
Would you do them ... Or would you do more if you could muster up the courage?
I will make it simple for you...
If you don’t ask the question, the answer is already No!
Make them tell you No! Why? Because unless you ask...you can't get the answer you want.
It is either: they don’t know, you don’t know, or you think they will tell you No.
So I suggest that you: Make them tell you NO!
WHY? Because some will tell you YES!
Do You Search High and Far for More Clients? They are right there you know.
20+ years selling real estate and I kick myself that I did not do more door knocking and cold calling in my earlier years because it has made me so much money the past few.
All I do is ask them if I can be of any assistance to them or theirs. If they say No, I simply say:"Well, maybe sometime in the future..." and leave it at that.
I am not suggesting you violate any No Call laws...because you have hundreds you can ask on a regular basis. Who you might wonder? Any one you talk with from the hairdresser to the teller to the receptionist to the neighbor to the Doctor to the church members...
Talk to the people that you have never seen before. Why? Perhaps they have seen you and would like to use you if you would approach them. Maybe they are observing you from a distance. The number of reasons is mindboggling...just know they are there for the picking.
Quit banging your head on the wall!!
It really is so simple...MAKE THEM TELL YOU NO!!
