This is what it is all about!

This is what it is all about. Today was a great day - not only for me, but for two of my clients.

My client was the seller of a property that closed today. He and his family had to move to another state a few months ago for a job. They liked the house and were sad to leave. The buyer is so excited to move into her new home. She has a lot of plans for it - especially when her children come to visit.  It was so nice to see everyone happy today!

The buyer of another home that closed today was my client. This is their first home in the United States. The look of pride in their eyes and the smiles on their face brought tears to my eyes. I can't wait until tomorrow when I turn over the keys and they can begin moving in.  What a thrill for them!

This is what it is all about! I feel blessed that I can be there when something of this magnatude takes place in another's life.
