SE Fayetteville Poised For Growth and Home Value Appreciation
With the planned widening and expansion of State Highway 16 planned to begin this year, those who live in Southeast Fayetteville and Elkins are anticipating their commuting time to become much easier than it is now...., at least after the project is completed.
For those currently living in this part of Northwest Arkansas, traffic can be real issue when trying to make the trip anywhere. Currently speed limits vary from 45 mph to 55 mph, but many in the are prefer to either stay in the 45mph rate for the entire length of the highway, or even slower. This means that traffic can become backed up for a long way, making trips and commute times much longer than they should be.
The early stages of this project were started during 2013 with expansion work in the south-central area between Highway 71 and Highway 265.
Once completed to 4 lanes of travel all the way out to approximately the Elkins city limits, homeowners in the area, potential home buyers, investors and developers are considering the area very strongly as an area to be. Most believe, with the added ease of commuting, that property values should potentially be moving in an upward trajectory.
If you're one of those thinking those thoughts, maybe now would be a great time to start checking out home values in the area. See all the homes available right now, in whatever area you might be considering by visiting www.JohnHelmSellsHomes.com to get the information you need.
