Don't pass up any potential buyer in a slow market!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Action Realty

I am new to blogging and have been contemplating what to write about, and today my blog came to me.  I went by one of my listings in Due West, S.C. to fill up my brochure box and to put my Relay For Life purple bow on my yard sign.  This home is on a gorgeous private country road, and I pulled to the side and got out of my car.  I was putting my bow on my sign when I heard someone behind me, thinking that maybe a potential buyer was walking up wanting some information I grabbed a brochure, stood up, and turned around.  I was shocked to find a large Sheep standing in front of me....so I asked..Would you like to buy a home?  Sadly, the Sheep was already working with an agent.  The moral of the story is, Don't Pass up any Potential Buyer in a Slow Market.
