Villages of Brentwood saw the largest increase in sales that we've seen in any area of middle Tennessee. New Construction has been the market to beat in 2013 and they've certainly passed them!

Home sales fluctuate from year to year in this Neighborhood. This is often considered a great neighborhood for first time homeowners.
The Villages of Brentwood homes are priced just below the Nashville areas average sales price. Though modestly priced, they are located in the Granbery elementary school district. This is one of the most popular elementary schools in the city.
Prices increased but at a lesser increase than the Nashville general area. Nashville saw an average increase of 13%.

The Villages of Brentwood is located in what is called the Nipper's Corner area of Nashville. Situated directly south of the city and less than a mile from the Williamson County line. It is half way between I-65 and I-24 giving it access to all areas of the city in less than 30 minutes.
