Quality - Fortune Cookie Friday

By
Real Estate Agent

Why do people try to sell their home on their own?  I think this little piece of cookie paper says it all: bad quality.  Yes, bad quality.

You thought I was going to say to save money didn't you?

I mean, who doesn't want to save money? We all do!  Money isn't the main reason sellers go FSBO.  They had a bad real estate experience or maybe the just heard about the bad service a friend received.

So build your business on outstanding service and quality, it'll precede the sticker shock that may come with listing a home for sale.  Good luck and happy selling!

Sarah-No doubt a bad experience with a real estate transaction can sour some on using a REALTOR. But the idea of saving some of the commission expense is a big reason many go FSBO. The impression many get is just put a sign out front and just wait for the offers to come in. Little do they know.
