Eastbound Bar and Grill is the best place to eat, drink and be merry in Lakeside California. East County San Diego doesn't have much options for eating and drinking that isn't a chain restaurant or is not on the same level. Eastbound has fantastic eats, a giant selection of beers, and they make you feel at home.
When you arrive at Eastbound you are greeted by all the bar and wait staff with a smile and they welcome you by name if they know it. But, what you notice is the atmosphere. Eastbound is a friendly place that makes you feel at home. It is great for the sports fan, family, or just stopping by for a beer.
Do yourself a favor and get anything on the menu as it is great! Buffalo wings! Awesome! Huevos Diablos (deep fried balls of buffalo chicken) Fantastic! Their pizzas! Amazing! Hamburgers! Off the radar! When you are in East County go to Eastbound Bar and Grill! If you are not in East County its worth it to make the drive to Eastbound Bar and Grill!
