Just when you think the market is calming down and making a bit of sense things get crazy all over again. I put in two offers this week, both on homes that had been on the market for over 30 days, only to receive multiple counter offers. On one there had been no offers for 30 days. The day after we submitted ours, they received 3 other offers. We countered over asking price....and didn't get it! After 30 days of no offers. Seriously?
