I signed up with Zillow for the PILOT lender program which requires a $25.00 fee. Paid the fee on 3/8/2008.
On 3/13/2008 I received the following email:
Dear Zillow.com User,
This is to confirm that we received your application for our Lender Sign-up. However, we would need additional information before we can activate your lender role. Kindly call us at (206) 470-7000. We're available Monday to Friday from 6:00AM to 5:00PM PST.

So I called......

Zillow - Who is that
Steve- She sent me an email and asked me to call her
Zillow - Haro Me Help U
Steve- Yes can you get me someone form the US please
Zillow - No I help you
Steve - But I don't understand you
Today I called again to either get assistance or my money back. I was directed to mangement 6 hours ago and have still heard from no one.
