Flowers Mill in Bucks county, 55plus, Homes for sale and homes pending settlement

Flowers Mill is a gated  active adult community in Bucks county Pa. It offers resort style living and has a lovely clubhouse with heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness cenetr,ball room and lots of activities. There is an outdoor pool, and tennis courts.

There are only 3 homes for sale right now. They range in price from $279,999 for a twin home to $359,900 for a single home. They have different floor plans .There are five homes pending settlement.

They were listed for prices ranging from $329,900 to $424,900. I will be glad to email you the sale price after settlement.
