January Meetings for Plan Review

 Results of the joint planning via BLUEPRINTS from the Georgia Conservancy regarding the proposed re-zoning proposals for the Collier Village Westside Atlanta area will be discussed on Monday, January 27th at Trinity Presbyterian Church from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. In addition, an Open House about Collier Village Westside Atlanta will be held on Friday, January 31st at the Howell Mill Shopping Center from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Spearheaded by the Georgia Conservancy and the City of Atlanta Planning Department, with support from the Mayor and the City Council, the first study from 2008 was continued in 2013. The process to be discussed for the Collier Village Westside Atlanta area is the Georgia Conservancy's BLUEPRINTS for Successful Communities.  A full report about the Blueprint for Collier Village Westside Atlanta may be found at this link.

Neighborhood Planning Unit C focused on the needs of the Collier Village Westside Atlanta area. Lots of time and energy from a wide spectrum of professionals and also financial support from a wide group of forward-thinking community members allowed the project to continue.
