FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS
There is nothing like selling a home to first time buyers, they have an an excitement unlike any other buyers, and they are entering a new phase of life with new responsibilities, and pleasures.
I sold a home recently to a couple buying their first home, and I have never seen a happier couple. They love it, and have decorated it beautifully.
A Realtor should take especially good care of them, listening to their needs, as well as the amenities they want, and a neighborhood where they want to live.
This couple bought a home on a corner lot in a nice neighborhood, near their work, and shopping, and schools. I often stop by to visit them, it's a joy to see how happy they are in their first home, and it's a home they can live in for many years as their family grows.
First time buyers need to understand the loan process to learn how much loan they can qualify for, including taxes and insurance, and what their payments will be.
The home should be inspected by a Licensed Inspector during the option period when they can make requests of anything needing to be done.
