As you can tell by the graphs and additional information below, Frisco Texas homes are selling at a faster rate and at higher prices. The trend continues to move upward. The speed of increase has slowed down after the very fast paced spring and summer months. The number of sold homes increased from 2,728 in 2012 to 3,335 in 2013. In addition the average list price jumped up over 4.5% and is now over $388K. The median price in Frisco is up from $267,250K in 2012 to $295K in 2013.
