Well Positioned Condos Showing Concerning Signs

Condominium projects are as certain as death and taxes in College Station.  The student base at both Texas A&M and Blinn, and the ability to get into something both on the shuttle route and close to campus that is newer guarantees that.  We've had multiple projects spring up in just the last few years, and Aggies are buying.  Many have issues that I point out to my clients each time.   Even if they are unconcerned with the issues they need to know potential problems.

Here is a Jeopardy of Condo projects that have sprung up lately

~Which condo project is conveniently located by a sewage treatment facility?

~Which condo project is only a few years old, but already showing HUGE cracks in some of the building and having reports too of a faulty pool with leaks?

~Which condo project is selling for tens of thousands of dollars less than it's initial offering when it was brand new?

~Which condo project doesn't have a shuttle stop, but reportedly tells residents they can walk through a nearby apartment complex to get to one?

~Which condo project was blasted in the Battalian as being pretentious long before it officially arrived in College Station?

~Which condo project has the fastest selling units on the market, lowest fees and is directly on a shuttle route?
