Mary, it would be interesting to see what the average price per acre was on the ground for meadow and dense forest land.  Your market report is similar to the houses sold in that price is down as well as DOM.

Hi Bruce, Because there are so many variables, for instance- year round road maintenance, nearby utilities, views...etc. A one acre lot with amenities could sell for the same price or more than  5 acres or even a 35 acre parcel...so average cost per acre would be challenging.
