“Winter Doldrums”

          We make it through December because of the holiday season and the coming of the new year; but then comes January and February and the ice and snow and sub-freezing temperatures with barren trees and brown grass and short days with little sunshine.

          So now more than ever you need to look for “sunshine”.  When paying a bill be glad you have the money and be glad you have a job or income to pay it; Associate with positive people, go out to lunch or just a cup of coffee with them; find a reason to have a good laugh – play with a pet or a child. Watch a really funny movie – If you do these things you will soon feel better.

          I make it a point to laugh often every day!
