I agree with the Seller Market assessment. It appears I have been answering both emails and phone call primarily from Buyers. A Sellers are scheduling listing appointments. This is just my observation. It going to be a great spring.

It's a sellers market in my area as well. We are dealing with a lot more traditional equity sales these days!

Ron, the inventory in the North Dallas area is incredibly low with multiple offers on most of the homes.  Glad to hear the same is going on in your area.  Maybe, just maybe things are picking up.
