The average price of a Steamboat home that sold in 2013 was $753,264 with a median price of $535,000. Homes that sold ranged from a $150,000 for a home in Willow Creek Pass by Steamboat Lake to fourteen homes that sold for more than $2,000,000 including a $5,600,000 home in Priest Creek.
