Homes for Sale in the Dogwood Hills Subdivision, East Side of Bella Vista, AR
Why do People Live in Dogwood Hills?
Hi Everyone! This is Kim Norton! This is another episode in my series, "The Skinny on Subdivisions." This episode is all about Dogwood Hills in Bella Vista, AR.
Dogwood Hills is a hidden treasure neatly tucked away down County Road 40/East McNelly Road in Benton County. This is the neighborhood my family calls home and so we absolutely love everthing about this subdivision. The drive is a winding county road that offers beautiful scenery throughout the year. This neighborhood of single family homes is a craftsman meets cottage style of casual living with most lots backing up to Bella Vista common or green space, thus giving the feeling of more space. Dogwood Hills is on the East side of Bella Vista and is about 5 minutes drive from Highway 71/I-540S thus a great area for people commuting in Northwest Arkansas. Homes in this area were built in the late 90's early 2000's and range in size and style. Many homes have walk-out basements. Bella Vista was designed with ample greenspace so you won't see a subdivision that has been clear cut. Trees are plentiful throughout Bella Vista. Just a quick 5 minute drive connects you to the Bentonville Trail System via Lake Bella Vista. Walkways connect you to the extensive walking/biking paths that run throughout the city and residents are within a 10 minute drive to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Downtown Bentonville and the world headquarters of Wal-Mart & Sam's Club.
