Your Blogging Work, Posts On Other Platforms Than Active Rain.

Real Estate Agent with MOOERS REALTY ME Broker License 106759

Your blogging work, what you post on other online platforms than Active Rain, it would nice to see the approach taken.

The topics chosen. What you cover, post. To put your GPS coordinates on the planet on the houlton maine music town photomap. To promote your real estate property listings, area community local events.

Today on our Me In Maine blog, drilled water the topic.

The hunt and peck featured a local Maine well driller.

One of the original four Maine well drillers that helped set up state standards for water quality, private water supplies.

On our Own Maine Real Estate Blog, 5 Mistakes Home Buyers Make.

And now showing, broadcasting on the Mooers Realty Blog, Red Flags, Danger Signs In Maine Real Estate Deals.

And those are just the real estate blogging channels.

Today's real estate agent, broker, REALTOR is busy managing media streams.

Stocking video maine real estate jeep photochannels with what happens in their local area.

Showcasing the property listings new to the market to watch, listen, consider.

Stoking the wood to the image arrays.

Pouring gas on the photo channels too.

Come a long, long way from just a blurry black and white Polaroid.

Skimpy line of copy in the local newspaper.

A real estate sign speared in the lawn out front of the property listing. Hoping it was noticed by local passer bys. Now, all that has changed, the markting is blown open, full throttle outside where the real estate listing is parked, lives, waits.

But other housekeeping chores cause the sleeves to be rolled up. More to do daily. Like putting the bells and whistles on your enhanced REALTOR dot com site . And print media is not dead for real estate marketing. Just the way it is used has been altered, redirected to reinforce the other marketing the buyer wants, the seller and their property deserves.

So continuously working on the newest brochure of 21 properties to add in the maine hockey zamboni photomarketing. One after another.

To use in direct mail. To stock the shelves around the state's tourist information centers.

To place at motels, restaurants and feed the chamber of commerce.

If you want to expand your real estate market, the reach of the exposure, you can not just think local buyers.

The only thing holding you back from greater penetration into the World wide market today you.

In real estate is your time, dedication, creativity and fire in your belly passion to not keep what you do and where you do it a secret.

What are you working on besides your Active Rain blog posts? Please like me on Facebook. I'll return the favor, promise.

David ... It is not just the platforms you weed, feed and water but the strategy to cross pollinate and building together... like a band playing sweet music. But video would be the one solo if it ever came down to pick on that does it all best on its own. The sight and sound, you are there is so so more powerful an experience. Especially for your out of state buyer who A) needs local information and what better way to invite them to your home town and B) to hear, conversationally not scripted about the area, the properties. This blog post is read read, look look use the eyes...with video you get another sense involved. Hearing. 40% of the video is audio. So so much information can be dropped into the sound, audio tract.

Hi Andy,

There is so much we can be doing to up our ranking.  As I'm reading this, I'm realizing, I need to focus on those Realtor.com enhanced listings!  We pay for that, but we do have to get in there and roll up our sleaves.

Cindy ... The narrative scrape from the MLS is like low calorie jello... not much you can add in the remarks space of two lines and the yes, no, number fields don't do the place justice to distinguish, stand out. The 36 image sockets need to be filled with care and attention too otherwise you are running a real estate "airline" where you leave half the seats in first class and most of coach empty during the inflight movie. Use the tools to the full throttle benefit to stand out from the herd. Otherwise it is same old same old and good enough. It is not, push harder, dig deeper, do better.

Ed ... Marketing is factored into everything you do, all the options available. Or should be. Also pulling back on what used to work but is lack luster now and redirecting that resource of time and money into new avenues is like a hockey player's role on that smooth, polished sheet of ice chasing the black circle. Your head should be continually swerving, swiveling, studying the ice. Going through the next set of possible moves and adjusting to anything new between the blue, red lines and the locker room, out in the dooryard in life. Between the pipes and twine to score. There are no ugly goals in hockey either. Paying attention, taking very good notes and treating the real estate list, market, sell (repeat) like it is a sport. It is. Not just a job.

The only thing holding you back is you. With all the links that I clicked from your posts, and the push and motivation, indeed, what should hold me back. I did not realize all the avenues possible and for that, thanks to you. It does not matter if I can't do everything. But at least do something new each day or another day. But not never.

MGR ... You got that right.

Joan ... syndicate what you can for the round robin. But rotate each day with alternate approaches. Every two day this blog post platform is fed..and then look at logs, study the reponse and those working best, feed them the prime rib of your time.

Steven ... So true. The application of the marketing tools. Like an artist, different region, price range, types of real estate mean not the same set implemented. Then add in your personality, time juggling other events in your life. Make it stand out no matter how much money, time, what you have to peddle, market. That is the sport, challenge.

Jon ... Thank you. Crank up whatever makes the phone ring, email server to glow red hot and more listings, more sales to happen. That is what works in your local real estate market.

Tammie ... Pick what works, pour the gas and coal on that. Pick and choose.

Joyce ... Today's real estate agent, broker is a broadcaster, journalist, photographer, videographer, tech savvy user of all the cutting edge, latest ways to deliver information, provide the service.

Debra ... Have something for a strategy, a plan besides sign on the lawn, local ad. Those days are long long gone. Your buyer expects more. Your seller and listing deserve better.
