I’m thankful for so many things in my life, but tonight, a warm home has moved up on my list. We watch the winter scenery from the comfort of our home, such a pleasant way to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The warmth from the fireplace in our family room, the throws draped over the recliner, and the down comforter on our bed – these all things we take for granted.
Having a comfortable home with 
welcoming arms, wagging tails and love found inside, this is really all I need -- we have so much.
I pray for those who are homeless and cold that they be comforted; and those who work to provide them with shelter, food and friendship, to be blessed.
