How to avoid multitasking – time-blocking

Michael also talks about how he avoids the pitfall of multi-tasking. When you are in your time block you are able to focus on the one thing you are scheduled to do. Time-blocking allows you to say no to things that would be distracting and impact your productivity. Stick to your principles and just draw the line in the sand by saying no to these distractions.
