What Sellers Do/Or Don't Do That Decreases Their Chance of Selling

My blogging community has spoken: see the graphic below. My personal input was "sellers who insist on being around for showings". If the seller is present the buyer is not comfortable looking thoroughly at the house and hurries through the house. The seller might mis-represent their own property and hurt their chances of getting a strong offer by saying what their motivation is for selling. NOT a good idea to be home for showings.
