Ed - I sure see why you're an Ambassador- what a great way to do a market report. I especially like the actual examples of homes with a brief description right on the home. People may not directly ask but a picture identifying exactly where it is really would be helpful! I'm guessing that you save the picture as a JPEG and then edit it to add the text. Ed nice to see the sales go up and the days on the market go down, but it is tough to tell if the average sales price went up or down with only one sale in December 2012.

Very nice explanation of the Country Club area including that buyers still have the advantage. 2 sales a month isn't bad at all and show continual movement.
