It never snows in San Antonio

It never snows in San Antonio, or at least, almost never.  It was so close today but instead of snow we received freezing rain, hail and all kinds of cold stuff.  Although the temperature dipped all the way down to 26 degrees, if you add the South Texas factor, the I don't own a coat factor and the I can't feel my ears factor, it was much colder than that.  Other places have a wind factor but we don't use that.  We don't use a wind factor when it's 100 plus degrees in the summer.

So anyway, if you need a place to go in the dead of winter and you are OK with the high 20's as the lows and maybe up to the 70's as the highs in the dead of winter, Come on over.  Or for the moment, you can visit San Antonio right here:  http://visitsanantonio.com/english/Explore-San-Antonio/Only-in-San-Antonio/Holiday-Season.

Robert, I was surprised by the weather in San Antonio and Austin this week.  Dallas was lucky that the ice stopped in Waco.  Thank goodness that we have a few warm days each week during the winter!  Stay warm!
