Lucky - Thansk and I am glad to be back! If you look close the HTML design is actually a new one that is different than the lake one I have used in the past. I am testing a couple of different designs to see which does the best.
Charles - You are right about it looking more private...the trees really do help the street appearance of this home. The price is killer and if you look close you will see some VERY special financing that the bank/owner of the home is offering. This is a home run deal for sure!
Andrew - I sure should buy it but I am giving my current clients, my past clients and my investors first chance at it. I always try to hook my clients for a good deal and this is a win/win for me and them. They love getting good deals and I love the fact that they keep buying, selling and referring business to me. If no one buys it within a month or so I will certainly add it to my portfolio especially with 5% fixed rate interest!
