I love luxury properties. Actually, I love luxury properties in Milton, Crabapple, and Alpharetta. Some agents prefer to focus on properties that they can "turn" very quickly. In our North Atlanta market, homes under $200,000 (when priced right) will sell in less than a week. They are listing machines. I relaunched my real estate career as a Buyer's Agent on a very successful team. That team focused on cheap, moveable properties. And we moved a lot of listings. It was wonderful! Working with buyers, many of them just starting out or starting over, is incredibly rewarding. It can also be exhausting. I realized that I am dedicated to over-servicing. I prefer to work with a select few. Some Realtors are masters at juggling several Clients at time, and that is wonderful - for them. I prefer to focus on a few and give them the very best service. I am very familiar with the luxury market. I spent most of my youth in Sarasota, Florida, living in some of the finest golf and waterfront communities in the area. Our family is active in our Country Club and I understand what the luxury buyer is looking for, and what the luxury seller requires.
Milton, Crabapple and Alpharetta is particularly beautiful. The rural landscape provides a lovely retreat from traffic-ridden Atlanta. It is a short distance from the malls and interstates, but feels worlds away. The high end neighborhoods, most offering homesites of over an acre, are surrounded by bucolic equestrian estates. The Town of Milton has and continues to work diligently to protect the rural heritage of Milton, and focuses on providing an exceptional quality of life for her residents.
The community has recently approved a plan to expand the area park. The local shops and restaurants offer world-class products and dining in a small town atmosphere. Farm fresh produce, luxury linens, quirky antiques, and creative design studios are equally appreciated.
