I want this to be information one just usually doesn’t hear.  If you have I would like to know if you haven’t all the better you’ve learned something today.  With that being said here is the information for you to consider today.

What most of the world understands as “pizza” is actually Pizza Napoletana—Neapolitan-style pizza—named for the place of its birth, the city of Naples. Baked in a hot wood-fired oven, Neapolitan pizza has a thicker, chewier crust of flour, water, yeast, salt, and sugar, drizzled with olive oil, and sprinkled with chopped tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.  The last one for today is: The oldest physical body in existence, the so-called Ice Man (ca. 3300-3200 B.C.) is remarkable not only because his 57 tattoos perhaps were used for medicinal purposes

Now go out and tell the world of your new found knowledge.  Smile it will make people wonder what you’ve been up to.  Join us tomorrow for another journey into the wonderful world of Wordsmith.  Click on the link below.  Who knows you may learn something along the way and some of the words may even bring a smile to your face.

My Grandmother made the best pizza in the world, it was amazing.  More like what we call focaccia today.

Good morning James. I think that pizza is wonderful and I enjoy it with a really thin crust and I'm not sure what that means.

Good morning James,

So that is why people have so many tattoo's; it is their medical transcipt!

As for pizza I have the slate for the oven to make my "white Pizza."

Make yourself a great day.

James, I have actually had Neopolitan style pizza in Naples, Italy. It was just before visiting Pompeii which was a very interesting place, and Amalfi which was very beautiful. Naples reminded me of New York City with the people who wanted to wash your windshield when you were stopped at traffic lights. It was kind of a scary place.
