I have known and worked with Benjamin Clark since 1994. He is a good person. Honest, helpful, patient and trustworthy are words that come to mind as I try to describe him. He is a family man. In working with him I always felt like he was really listening to me and that he really cared about my best interests.
I bought a building lot with his help. He is very thorough and absolutely resourceful as a buyer's agent. He provided timely information as I researched the market conditions and found the information I needed about previous and comparable sales. I really appreciated his practical and experienced advice. He helped me investigate the taxes and zoning and was a great consultant and go to man when it came time to negotiate the price. Working with him you can sense that he has the confidence that comes with doing a job right over the years.
The best part was I always knew he was on my side. I never felt that he was testing me to see how much money I would spend in order to keep the price high like a seller's agent does. Benjamin is a personable and experienced broker. I enjoyed having him in my corner. Being able to be totally open with him without worrying that I might say something that might make it back to the seller was comforting.
Homebuyer Representation saved me thousands of dollars! The seller of the property I bought was difficult to deal with. We went back and forth quite a bit in negotiations. I imagine it would have been awful to try to work with them without my having my own agent. Homebuyer Representation saved me money and headache. I will go back to their services the next time I look to purchase property.
On a side note, Benjamin once rearranged his day to help me when I was out of town and had car problems. He really truly cares. Do yourself a favor and get to know this guy. You will be glad you did.
