Whatever excites you about real estate is what you need to do. When we do what we enjoy we are more likely to do it and also will be more consistent. it pretty much does not matter if you do open houses, call people, volunteer, farm, have parties, or any other marketing activities you enjoy. The key is to do your marketing consistently. Many people like buyers and many people like sellers. Many people like to do leases. Whatever you like to do and whatever excites you, just do it!
