TUT... A Note from the Universe

Real Estate Sales Representative with Tara Colquitt, The Credit Woman, LLC
Take it from the farmer in me, Tara...

The more seeds you sow, the more plants we'll grow.

I love wearing overalls,
    The Universe

I subscribe to a daily inspirational quote series. It is amazing how some of the writings are right on target when I read them. Is it Divine Intervention or do we create our reality? I don't know the answer, but I know it helps me focus and recognize my blessings. This one today is so ME! My quote on my profile and e-mail signature is from Thomas Edison:

"Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work."

Yeah! I love it. And my March goals are all about sowing seeds.

By the way, Happy Spring! [Yes, it works on many levels!]

What is TUT? From their website:

We're a FREE philosophical club for the adventure of life, with over 200,000 members from around the world who believe that living in the jungles of time and space, as a creation amongst our creations, is the ultimate Adventure because "thoughts become things," dreams do come true, and all things remain forever possible!

And their tag line?

Thoughts become things... choose the good ones! ®

By the way, I am a BIG 'The Secret' fan. For me, this is just another level of that consciousness.

  • Would you give a thief direct access to your checking account?
No? Unfortunately, you may be doing just that by regularly using your debit card. And I use mine all the time. Debit cards may look identical to credit cards, but there’s one key difference. With credit cards, users who spot fraudulent charges on their bill can simply decline the charges and not pay the bill. On the other hand, debit cards draw money directly from your checking account, rather than from an intermediary such as a credit card company.
Because of that, even clear-cut cases of fraud where victims are protected from liability by consumer protection laws can cause significant hardship
While debit card fraud is always a possibility, being careful where you use it can help keep your checking account balance out of the hands of criminals.

Charlie: Thanks much. These writings make me smile and affirm I am on the right path pretty much ever time I read them.

Leesa: Hey girl! Thank you so much for the compliment and you will definitely love the e-mails you will receive from 'The Universe'.

Dona: Thanks for commenting and letting others know how great the quotes are and how they uplift you. Some days it has been the difference between a ho-hum day and a fantastic one. I believe you just have to choose what you want. I have a funeral to attend today and I choose to be supportive of my girlfriend who lost her mother as opposed to tearful that she lost her mother. It's hard, but hey, sometimes that is life.

TWR: I keep my favorites in a folder and read them over sometimes on the weekends. They are always inspirational. And I too have shared some quotes and especially the site with others.

Ronell: No problem. I believe most of the people here want everyone to succeed in their chosen career. There really is enough for everyone, because we all don't want the same things. A beautiful part of the whole picture, huh?

Hey Tara...thanks for the post. I've heard quite a few people mention The Secret, so I just ordered it for myself. Like you, my main focus right now is planting as many seeds as I can, then sit back and watch them grow.

Eugene: I believe reading or viewing 'The Secret' is one of the best things anyone can do to begin/augment their journey to self-discovery. Once we know who we are...Wow. And the best part is that you can easily pass this on to others by just living your life.

Thanks Tara, (I can just picture my grandpa in his overalls, cowboy boots, and hat. He epitomized your quote.) Growing up on a farm teaches you more then just how to swear at cow! Glad to see you have those farming roots too.

Tara, Sales is a lot like Farming, the more people you see, the more sales you will make.  The same principle as planting seeds.

Jeff: I must confess my farming roots are two generations deep (my grandparents) and I never milked a cow, killed a chicken or slopped a pig's pen. But I did pick vegetables and rode the tractor. Okay, definitely not the same, but I remember the experiences. 8-)

George: That is definitely the moral to be found.

Audrey: I can pretty much guarantee you will love TUT if you like The Secret. You have a good weekend too!

Lorinda: I  aim to educate, but I must admit I was ready to share my 'pain' with any AR member I could get my hands on. You were my victim! I read a server was down for 18 hours. I am glad I was doing laundry and slept through most of that time!
