2013 was an great time to buy and sell in the HOLLAND OH area REAL ESTATE MARKET. Interest rates were at an all-time low for Buyers--and they still remain low. The cities of Toledo, Holland, Maumee, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Waterville and Whitehouse are prospering. January 2013 inventory of homes to sell was high and by December 2013 many of those homes had sold leaving a low inventory of homes on the market. As a Real Estate agent I NEED homes to sell. HOLLAND OH is a town west of Toledo OH off Route 475 and Airport Hwy. It is away from "city life" but close enough to everything. Toledo Express Airport is just minutes away.
I live in HOLLAND OH and recommend it highly for its feeling of being away but still near to everything.
HOLLAND OH has an excellent school system--rated Excellent by the State of Ohio
