"Food Patriots" Screening at the Wilmette Library

Go Green Wilmette and the Wilmette Public Library invite you to join Northbrook filmmakers Jeff andFoot Patriots Jennifer Spitz in the first screenings of their film, “Food Patriots”.

Touched by their son's battle with a foodborne superbug, the Spitz’s film documents their family's struggle to raise backyard chickens, grow food, and transform into "Food Patriots". The film features people from all walks of life who are trying to change the way Americans eat and buy food, and educate the next generation of consumers. Join the filmmakers in a discussion following these free screening.

Where:  Wilmette Public Library, 1242 Wilmette Ave

When:  Wednesday, January 29 from 1-3 pm
