I thought sriracha was a pepper.  I had no idea it was also a brand of sauce.  Sounds popular.  Must've been a poorly run business.

Kathy I have been following the Siracha drama...the homes were built after it....the plant has been there before...reminds me of the people that move next to air ports and then bitch about it.....I am sad and have to smile how people are taking advantage of their demise...I have a bottle in my fridge but Diane is now on a no Spice Diet sadly and to me it is even sadder that I have a bottle and can not use it...Endre

I heard about the Siracha drama but I don't think I've ever had it - I'm a Cholula guy, in all of its' flavors, but I don't turn away anything with some good spice to it.

Never heard of the Sriracha hot sauce, in fact, rarely use hot sauce; however, a few drops in some humus does sound good. Next time I am grocery shopping, I will be on the lookout for the rooster on the red bottle/green cap.

I believe I'm with the majority never heard of the stuff before.  Horde what you can if you're a real follower of the product gra it

I had my first Sriracha encounter about 8 years ago and have been a huge fan ever since. Something about it that sets it apart from most others.

I collect hot sauces.  I've got almost 300 of them lining my kitchen.  But one that I use most regularly is Sriracha.  It goes with just about anything!!  (Now I'm hungry)
