Working With Chinese Buyers

If you work with, or want to start working with Chinese buyers (either family buyers or investors), there are several things you should know in order to make sure the transaction for your client is a smooth one.

Check out this article and video for some great information...  Chinese investors buying in the United States.  One example of what you'll learn is that a large majority of Chinese home owners are involved in a leasehold situation in China and many of these same people don't fully understand the difference between leasehold and fee ownership.

Sounds like there is a little more involved for Corona California agents working with Chinese home buyers.

Just as involved as in Menifee Pamela.  One of the biggest issues is the Chinese citizens getting their money out of China for investment abroad

I worked once with Chinese buyer( owner occupied) . It was a lot of rules on numbers, side of the building, view, negotiation. I enjoyed it and learned a lot.
