Windsor Ponds was built by Hovnanian with an emphasis on creating a fun active environment. Yes, they do have ponds at Windsor Ponds. The amenities of Windsor Ponds include a community pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, and tot lots. This is carefree living with lawn care provided, snow removal, trash picked up, etc. The monthly association fee is $270.

There are a total of 331 mostly two and three bedroom townhouses with a few 4 bedroom. Some of the 2 bedroom units also have open lofts. (Note of caution: make sure the 3 bedrooms are permitted 3 bedrooms. Some 2 bedrooms plus loft have converted to 3 bedrooms and this needs to have been done with permits at West Windsor township.) One of the 3 bedroom models has a loft as well. Less popular is a model with a master bedroom suite on the main floor. One of the popular models is a 3 bedroom with a 2 story family room. They all have at least 1 car garages (end units have 2 car garages), fenced in patios and full laundry rooms in each unit. Only a few (less than 10%) have basements. Some of the units back to trees and have wooded sites. All units have public water and sewer. Current pricing varies between $350,000-$525,000. The monthly association fee is $270.

This community is tucked away off Village Road. However, it's 5 minutes to shopping and transportation. The Quakerbridge Mall is only 5 minutes away as well. Just a short drive to Princeton Market Fair Mall where you will find restaurants ranging from Bobby's Burger Palace (Bobby Flay), The Big Fish and PF Chang’s or every cuisine less than 1-2 miles short drive away. Entertainment abounds with movies, comedy club (Catch a Rising Star) and theater/music (McCarter Theatre). Built in the mid- 1990's is West Windsor Community Park - This 123-acre park is the main active recreational facility in the township. The park includes a playground, walking-jogging paths, two basketball courts, two dog parks, a skate park and two tennis courts. The special summer attraction is the West Windsor Water Works Family Aquatic Center. In addition to the West Windsor Community Park, there's a public golf course, Mercer Oaks, across from the development on New Village Road. You are also very close to Mercer County Park with its soccer, baseball & basketball fields, ice skating rinks, picnic areas and its very own lake named Mercer Lake with its crew team of rowers.
