2013 was an great time to buy and sell in the HEATHERDOWNS IN TOLEDO OH area REAL ESTATE MARKET. Interest rates were at an all-time low for Buyers--and they still remain low. The cities of Toledo, Sylvania, Maumee, Holland, Perrysburg, Waterville and Whitehouse are prospering. January 2013 inventory of homes to sell was high and by December 2013 many of those homes had sold leaving a low inventory of homes on the market.

HEATHERDOWNS AREA IN TOLEDO OH is an area south of Toledo OH. It can be arrived at from downtown Toledo on the Anthony Wayne Trail. It is comprised of smaller homes in an affordable price range. Toledo Public Schools and many private schools make up this area.
