2013 was an great time to buy and sell in the WESTGATE AREA OF TOLEDO OH area REAL ESTATE MARKET.  Interest rates were at an all-time low for Buyers--and they still remain   low. The cities of Ottawa Hills, Toledo, Maumee, Holland, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Waterville and Whitehouse are prospering. January 2013 inventory of homes to sell was high and by December 2013 many of those homes had sold leaving a low inventory of homes on the market.

WESTGATE is located at Central & Secor.  Around this area near the Univeversity of Toledo is a subdivision called Old Orchard.  There are large &  beautiful homes that abut the University of Toledo.  There is also a shopping center, hotels, restaurants and businesses in this area.
