Do You Use These Terms in Your Ads? Think Again!

I watched an informational video by the National Mortgage Post (click here to see it) regarding terms that Realtor's use in their ads.  Some of these terms we have used for decades could now place you in a position for a potential lawsuit IF it offends someone. 

 

Did you know "his or hers closets" or "master bedroom" could be offensive?  In fact, one appraiser stated they are no longer are allowed to use "master bedroom" any longer.  They now call it "main suite" or "main bedroom".

Jayne, I had read an article about this a week or so ago.  My political correctness folder is growing by leaps and bounds.  Not sure if I need a video to show me how preposterous this mentality is.  I'm beginning to take offense with the terms "Ladies Room", "Sunday Driver", "Kid's Menu", "Crawl Space" and "Heat Shield", all connote derogatory meanings to me.  My attorney says ..............
