A great part of determining a plan for moment is deciding if you are ready. To that end, it is always a good idea to find a professional who will ask you the questions you may not have seriously considered, and then help you determine what your answers to those questions mean for you. It's not complicated, it's just a good idea.

Often a good agent asking the right questions can determine if you are really ready to make your move and if you are qualified to do so. Once that is done it isn't that difficult for an agent that listens well to match your wish list with reality and tell you what you can logically expect.

Every buyer wants to immediately see houses. That may be an exercise in futility if the the buyer isn't ready, or doesn't understand the parameters of the process. So will you have coffee or tea, and is that now or later?

It is not realistic to see EVERY home that is on the market so it is important for buyers (and sellers) to know what they want and to be sure!

They do want instant . . . so that coffee or tea would be of the instant variety.  Nothing like actually brewing or steeping for maximum rich body and flavor . . . gone are the days.

You just made me think how much I dislike meeting buyers at Starbux because the atmosphere is noisy and nosy. I used to meet with buyers there frequently because the location was convenient for everyone. Maybe some place that serves only tea would be better.

Buyers see so much on the Internet and then try to run out immediately. Not a bad idea, but still need to make sure they know how much they can really afford
