Big day at WRA, with Jared James 
For those Rugged Northern Real Estate Professionals who braved the snowstorm today to attend the Wisconsin Realtors Convention, it was a very productive day.
My favorite speaker today was Jared James who spoke about the many ways that we get in the way of success and suggested many ways to get past our roadblocks.

Bob, I always feel good leaving events like that, so it's worth braving some snow to get into one. Sometimes I think the biggest thing holding us back from success is ourselves.
It looked nice and warm and toasty in that room today Bob, I bet you much preferred that to the chilly air outside.
