Here in Wilton, CT we do not have many single family home condominium associations.    These are planned communities, where the land is shared among the home owners, and the community is a little tighter.   In other words, half of the land might be off to the side with walking paths for all to enjoy, and the other half would surround each of the homes.    This is the way to develop some land that perhaps is not easily divisible into two acre lots, as required by zoning.    

Perhaps there is a section of wetlands, or a hill of ledge, or a beautiful little river......

Wilton Hills is a delightful association of single family homes in an association.    Some of the homes are colonials and some are more contemporary.   All are heated with natural gas, forced hot air.   Most of the homes have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and air conditioning, since they were built in 1990.   All have a 2 car garage attached to the home. 

The size varies from home to home- some are only 2,300 square feet, and others are as much as 3,900 square feet.    Many of the homes have been recently updated again.   

There has only been one sale in the complex since 2005, and that was in the fall of 2012.  That home sold for $650,000 and was a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home.  

All homes are on city water and city sewer.
