Well Eden Prairie has seen a nice run up in pricing over the last 18 months and has started to taper offer similar to other cities like Maple Grove and Plymouth which share similar attributes when it comes to community make up, residents income, shopping and schools, etc. over the last years market activity. Prices are still rising, just not at the pace they were during the summer. Inventory levels will likely hold as we need home owners in more affordable homes to start selling and moving up which we home will start happening this spring. Signs are still very good regardless!
