Near the Wissahickon train station, you'll find rowhomes similar to those in Manyunk on Kalos Street. Here, the homes are mostly 2-3 stories with 3 bedrooms. These homes are located across the street from Sabatino La Noce Park, making access to playground equipment easy for residents on this street.

Homes on Rochelle Avenue, also near the train station, back up to the Wissahickon Valley Park along the southern side. Sumac Street homes are a mix of just about everything in the neighborhood with a Victorian home at the top of the street and newer construction homes just a few doors down across the street. Along Righter Street, you'll find beautiful stone front rowhomes with porches lining the street. You'll also find several airlite style rowhomes, brick front rowhomes with garages built later than the original rowhomes in Roxborough and Manayunk. You'll also find airlite homes with garages along Osborn and Dawson Streets. At the top of Righter Street, you'll find a block of 4 bedroom twin homes ranging from 1800-2000 square feet. These homes look across the street to Cook-Wissahickon Elementary School which hosts several fundraising events in the community throughout the year.

Along Quentin and Vicaris Streets, you'll find airlite homes with garages that were built in the 1950's. Some of these homes back up to Cook-Wissahickon Elementary. Many of the homes on Quentin Street back up the Wissahickon Valley Park and Daisy Field. Daisy field has a softball field, a little league field, and playground equipment as well as several places to access the hiking trails of the Wissahickon Park.

Lauriston Street is a mix of rowhomes, with garages and without, and new construction. The newest homes on Lauriston Street sold in the mid-$300'000's. Just off of Lauriston Street is a small townhouse subdivision, the only one in Wissahickon Philadelphia, called Lauriston Greene. Many of the homes for Sale in Lauriston Greene offer excellent skyline views of Center City Philadelphia.
