Near the Wissahickon train station, you'll find rowhomes similar to those in Manyunk on Kalos Street. Here, the homes are mostly 2-3 stories with 3 bedrooms. These homes are located across the street from Sabatino La Noce Park, making access to playground equipment easy for residents on this street.

You'll also find airlite homes with garages along Osborn and Dawson Streets. At the top of Righter Street, you'll find a block of 4 bedroom twin homes ranging from 1800-2000 square feet. These homes look across the street to Cook-Wissahickon Elementary School which hosts several fundraising events in the community throughout the year.

Just off of Lauriston Street is a small townhouse subdivision, the only one in Wissahickon Philadelphia, called Lauriston Greene.
