The Superbowl is the epitome of football in the United States. With millions of viewers glued to their television during the three to four hour long game, it is no shock to see that even some of the top commercial real estate experts are putting their predictions on the line for the Broncos versus Seahawks game this upcoming Sunday. Without any further ado, here are the picks for the real estate predictions for the 2014 Superbowl outcome.

Stephen Ross
Chairman and founder, Related Companies; owner, Miami Dolphins
Broncos over Seahawks, no score prediction

Ziel Feldman
Founder and managing principal, HFZ Capital

Jordan Barowitz

William Elder

Ashkán Zandieh

A.J. Camhi

If you calculated correctly, that would be 15-1 stating that the Broncos will come out on top. If the Seahawks do pull out what seems to be the upset of these commercial real estate experts, then David Greene of MHP Real Estate Services will have some nice bragging rights for about 12 more months. Since we are just two days away from the big game, what is your main prediction for the winner and outcome of our beloved Championship NFL matchup?
