James, what does the other half do to catch their prey? Another post, another day! Enjoy your day
Hi James,
If we get rain in the spring around here the tarantulas start migrating to the other side of the road. You can see these big and I mean big spiders all the time in the spring.
Have a great day in Rogers my friend.
Best, Clint cKie
Hi and thanks for stopping by
John: Think what you've learned so far this morning. Just think of what you'll know by days end.
Wayne: You got that one right.
Clint: I hear they are tasty but I don't think I'll try one. You do it for me.
When I was in South America the tarantulas were amazing. A friend of mine hated them and would step on them mercilessly. I hated to hear the crunch...
They don't have webs either.
James, I hate spiders, however I once saw a very large black spider. It looked unreal as it was so perfectly formed - actually very beautiful. I had to get up close to see if it was one of the children's fake rubber bugs. It scared the wits out of me when it moved. Have nice Saturday, James.
Good morning James. I guess it is getting harder to do these because you are down to one a post. I didn't know the web was made of silk.
Good morning James,
Some of the best web designs with different settings.
Make yourself a great day.
James.... I'd rather pick up a snake than have to look at a spider.... I hate them and have a phobia....
Hey James-the only spider I am fond of is Spiderman. I never harm the little creepers and appreciate all they do but-yuck!
If only half of the spiders weave a web, are the other half males who are killed by the weavers themselves? Hey, I'm all out of spider spit, can you lend me some of yours?
Good morning, James. I did know about the factoids on spiders. Very interesting critters.
James, those are indeed interesting facts about spiders! Nature is still the best engineer!
Nature is amazing and beauty can be found anywhere. Great post, thanks for sharing!
Vegas Bob loves spiders to look at, but doesn't like being bit by them ;o/

Wow, that is a great photo of a spider that Bob posted. I hate spiders and when I see a spider web, down it goes.
Stronger than steel and is resistant to bacteria. Yes, I learned something new today. Thank you.
James, Spider webs are works of art and designed to feed them...a little for now and a little for later. Thanks for the info!
Thanks James, knew most of this other than the resistence to bacteria and fungi. Stay well today.
